Return & Refund Policy
At Ocean’s Pearl, we prioritize the quality and hygiene of our products. For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in "as new" condition with all original tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
Defective Items:
If your item has a manufacturing defect (such as stitching issues or fabric quality problems), Ocean’s Pearl will cover the return shipping costs.
Hygiene Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, returns are limited to defective items only. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched items.
Security & Delivery:
All parcels are sent using a premium service that requires a signature upon delivery. This ensures your items arrive safely. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen if left according to specific delivery instructions you provide (e.g., left at the front door).
